When we talk about Hobs we talk about modern culture of delicacy in kitchen. Hobs, no doubt a craze among the European countries, have got the latest entry in the Indian kitchen. Now most of the Indians are worried more about safety and efficiency rather than the price-tag. It is a fact that most of the hob makers and suppliers adhere to European standards but these are not useful and effective in Indian kitchen. Indian cooking has some particularities where oil is used in preparing various dishes. Chapaties, Nans and Paranthas require special temperature and ventilation. Keeping in view these special requirements of Indian kitchens, we have produced Hobs which cater to the Indian kitchen requirement. We have designed burners having special alloys which are anti-rusting and anti- corrosion at the same time we supply burners from SABAF, an international giant in burner production.
